Cookies
The LEAGUE uses cookies on this Site. Cookies are small text files that a web site places on your hard drive whenever you visit the web site. These files identify
your computer and record your preferences and other data about your visit so that when you return to the web site, the web site knows who you are and can personalize
your visit. Cookies may be linked to personal information about you. Specifically, the LEAGUE uses cookies to help tailor the Site to your needs, to deliver a better,
more personalized service, and to remember certain choices you have made so you don’t have to re-enter them. Also, cookies will be used to detect repeat visitors and
to collect anonymous usage statistics such as which areas, features, and products are most popular. Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies. If you
disable this function, some areas of this Site may not function properly.
Log Files
The LEAGUE maintains log files, which contain Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses. An IP address is a numeric address that is assigned to your computer by your
Internet Service Provider. The LEAGUE only uses IP addresses when a user registers to receive an online newsletter. The IP address will be correlated to the e-mail
address. The LEAGUE does not link IP addresses to personal information.

The LEAGUE does not rent, sell, or share your personal information with third parties or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have
requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
(a) We sometimes use other businesses to perform certain services for us, such as web site hosting, sending e-mail or other communications, fulfilling orders,
providing marketing assistance and data analysis, clearing and processing credit card payments, or performing other administrative services. We may provide personal
information to such service providers in order for them to complete a requested transaction or otherwise perform their duties for the LEAGUE. Your personal
information will be treated as confidential by such service providers.

we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party web sites linked to this Site, and any sharing of personal information with such third-party web sites
is governed by that third-party’s privacy policy and not ours. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this Site and does not apply to other
web sites linked to this Site. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each such web site you may visit.

Children’s Privacy Policy
This Site is a general audience web site that does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (“Children” or “Child”). If, however,
the LEAGUE offers a feature or service that is directed to Children or knowingly collects personal information from Children via this Site, any personal information
submitted by Children will be collected and maintained in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). The LEAGUE does not require
Children to disclose more information for an online activity than is reasonably necessary for that Child to participate in the online activity.
To assist parents in supervising their Children’s online activities, the LEAGUE has adopted the following special policies for Children’s privacy. The LEAGUE urges
Children to check with their parents before submitting information to any web site. To the extent that any terms of this Children’s Privacy Policy conflict with any
of the foregoing terms of this Privacy Policy, the terms of this section will control with regard to the personal information of Children.
Parental Notice and Consent
Except in limited circumstances allowed by COPPA and discussed in the section immediately below, the LEAGUE will not knowingly collect, maintain, or use any personal
information from a Child without first providing notice to the Child’s parent or legal guardian and obtaining their consent.
Exceptions to Parental Notice and Consent
The LEAGUE may not provide parental notice and/or obtain parental consent in the following circumstances:
• To respond to the Child’s one-time request (e.g., sending us a question via e-mail). In such instances, we will collect the Child’s e-mail address
and then delete such contact information from our records after responding.
• To respond to a Child’s request to be contacted more than once (e.g. online newsletters and contests). In such instances, we will make
reasonable efforts to ensure that the parent receives notice after the initial response and before making any additional response to
the Child.
• To protect a Child participant’s safety on the Site, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to provide the parent with notice, use the
information collected (name and online contact information) solely for protecting the Child’s safety (and not attempt to re-contact the
Child for any other purpose), and not disclose the information on the Site.
• To protect the security or integrity of the Site, take precautions against liability, or otherwise respond to judicial process or law enforcement
inquiries (so long as the personal information is reasonably needed to do so).
• To help us provide notice to the parent or obtain parental consent in the first place. We will delete the name and online contact information of
the parent and/or Child from our records if parental consent is not obtained within a reasonable time following collection of the
information.
Parental Access
Parents of Children may at any time review the personal information about their Children that we have collected, refuse to allow any further collection or use of
their Children’s personal information, or have their Children’s personal information changed or deleted from our records. If you would like to review, change, or
delete your Child’s personal information, please contact us by e-mail at: SchoolBridgeLEAGUE@leagueworldwide.org.
